ODU can develop a flexible complete system tailored to your needs, including the connector and individual overmolding, assembled with the matching cable. We can implement custom requirements for the design and feel of the overmoldings – customer-specific logos and symbols can be integrated. Depending on the requirements, we can provide both straight and angled versions, with extra strain relief and guaranteed kink protection at all times. To provide our customized overmoldings not only for large series, but also for sample orders and small series, ODU offers various tool categories:
- Prototype tool up to 1,000 pieces
- Small series tool up to 5,000 pieces
- Large series tool from 5,000 pieces
The primary focus is on rapid availability at economical prices. The individual overmoldings are suitable for a wide range of connectors in the ODU product range.
