• Strategic process consulting: In-depth guidance on replacing SAP WM and LE-TRA and developing customized roadmaps for future-proof logistics processes
• Panel discussion on March 25 (4:30 p.m.): Expert panel focusing on SAP Logistics Management and its potential for smaller warehouse locations.
• Hands-on digital logistics: Practical live demos – from AI-supported delivery note recognition to route-optimized putaway and SAP-integrated shipping
How are companies setting new standards with next-generation logistics solutions? All for One Group SE will answer this question at LogiMAT in Stuttgart from March 24 to 26, 2026. Visitors to booth 4D01 in Hall 4 can look forward to an interactive demo tour of mobile and paperless SAP logistics processes. As a special highlight, All for One will demonstrate the integration of these processes into SAP Logistics Management, the new solution for smaller warehouse locations, at a fourth station. The trade fair presentation will be complemented by a panel discussion with SAP product management and customers, who will highlight the potential of this new solution in a practical context.
End of maintenance for SAP WM and LE-TRA: Tailored SAP strategies for the warehouse logistics of the future
Time is running out for logistics and IT executives: support for classic solutions such as SAP WM and LE-TRA will end between 2027 and 2030. "The clock is ticking. Companies need to set the course now and define their roadmap for warehouse logistics," explains Oliver Bürger, Senior Director Supply Chain & Procurement at All for One.
However, the key question is how to achieve a future-proof transformation despite staff shortages. "Above all, logistics must remain agile and operational," emphasizes Oliver Bürger. "Our strength lies in enhancing the SAP standard with our best-practice solutions in a targeted manner. We develop end-to-end processes exactly as companies need them: lean, pragmatic, and without process gaps. In doing so, we consistently follow the ‚Keep the Core Clean‘ philosophy by leveraging modern, BTP-based side-by-side solutions."
At booth 4D01 in Hall 4, companies get hands-on information on how to future-proof their logistics processes: from AI-supported delivery note recognition and mobile apps such as the Warehouse Kit, to new products such as SAP Logistics Management – visitors will gain comprehensive insights into the transformation of their supply chain and how to successfully navigate it step-by-step.
SAP Logistics Management in the spotlight: Lean processes for less complex warehouses
Many global supply chains suffer from technological disparity. While large logistics centers are controlled using state-of-the-art technology, decentralized, low-complexity sites often still operate manually or with expensive siloed solutions. A comprehensive warehouse management system is often over-engineered and too expensive for these locations. SAP Logistics Management closes this gap with a lean, innovative, standardized solution, complemented by automation and AI solutions.
But what does the solution, launching in February, actually offer in practice? A panel discussion hosted by All for One at LogiMAT will explore this question: On Wednesday, March 25, 2026 (4:30 p.m. in Forum South), Carsten Abel (SAP SE) will join a panel of customers to discuss the potential, functions, and roadmap of SAP Logistics Management. Hands-on logistics: end-to-end demo from goods receipt to shipping
All for One Group will demonstrate how manufacturers can fully digitize their logistics processes and seamlessly integrate them into SAP at three hands-on demo stations. Visitors will experience a fully digitized process landscape without process gaps: Three specialized All for One add-ons for SAP Cloud ERP or SAP EWM reduce manual steps and enable paperless, route-optimized processes in real time.
The first step is AI-supported delivery note recognition, which captures physical documents via smartphone photo, automatically extracts data, and reconciles it with the SAP order in real time. This eliminates manual steps and speeds up goods receipt. With the Warehouse Kit, warehouse employees can handle all warehouse processes on mobile devices with a handheld scanner or tablet – from route-optimized putaway to priority-based picking. Both classic SAP on-premises applications and modern SAP cloud architectures can be connected via APIs. The Shipping Kit closes the chain at the packing table: With over 80 preconfigured carrier integrations, shipping labels are created directly in SAP with a single click and shipments are tracked via Track & Trace. The result is a consistent supply chain without media discontinuities.
The fourth demo station, which focuses specifically on the new solution for smaller warehouse sites, demonstrates how these tools can be integrated into the new SAP Logistics Management.
