Following the logic integration step into its parent company Macnica Inc., ATD Electronique as of 1st October 2020 will operate under the new name Macnica ATD Europe. All well-known and established ATD imaging distribution services in Europe will continue under the new name and successively be supplemented by synergetic Macnica brands and services.
“The name change represents a major shift in the public image of our company. As such, an era ends in the year of the 30th anniversary of the company; but not without giving way to a new and bright future under the flags of our Japanese parental company Macnica” said Antoine Hide, CEO and co-founder of ATD Electronique and added: “As founder and entrepreneur, the future of this company means a lot to me and I am pleased that ATD has found an owner in Macnica who shares the values and business philosophy on which I have built the company. In fact, the entire ATD team at the headquarters in France and the subsidiary in Regensburg/Germany are thrilled to now operate under the new name Macnica ATD Europe”.
