POGEA RACING fires up the McLaren 570s to a devilish 666hp

The refinement of sports cars is more than just a business for the southern German tuning company POGEA Racing. Love for detail, for all that is special and unique is the incentive of the southern German specialist manufacturer in the development of performance-oriented high-performance automobiles. Their latest creation is the interpretation of a McLaren 570s. Unending drive, breathtaking cornering speeds and the symphony of the finest engine and exhaust system components seduce the senses of automobile enthusiasts after the extensive modifications.

POGEA changes the suspension and wheels
When selecting the components used, the Friedrichshafen-based specialist manufacturer places its trust in the top league of motorsport suppliers: The ideal companions for the company’s own monoblock wheel JULES were found in the coil over suspension Variant 3 from KW automotive GmbH and the ultimate Pilot Sport 4S road tyres from MICHELIN. The bidirectional and deep concave milled 20-inch wheels with excellent sports driving characteristics still offer sufficient comfort for use in road traffic. The wheel-tyre combination provides the best results in terms of lateral and longitudinal dynamics Front axle 9.0 x2 0“ with 255/30 20“ and rear axle 12.0 x 20“ with 295/30 21“.

666s – the number of the beast
The name is the program. With 666 hp and 800Nm torque POGEA maximizes the engine power by almost 100 hp and thereby generates a new model name. As the 666s, the McLaren now has a flap exhaust system from the own brand MONSTERexhaust with an X-pipe connection. Two electric highspeed flaps are dynamically controlled via the CANBUS and are therefore EURO6 and TÜV-compliant in all driving modes. POGEA also installs HJS 200cpsi catalysts and encases the downpipes and the complete exhaust system with thermal integral insulation. This insulation reduces the temperature in the engine compartment immensely and, in combination with the STAGE 2 engine management, is largely responsible for the hefty performance increase.
