Floating above your tablescape, the kumo series of table lamps make a poetic and soft addition. Forms in which to get lost in time, as if watching the clouds float by. Design studio NO-MADE has brought their love of craft and honest silhouettes to warm your interior environment. The kumo series of table lamps takes equal inspiration from traditional Japanese paper lanterns as from the soft fluffy forms in the sky above. To achieve this harmonious combination, the soft illumination of frosted white or smoked handblown glass provides a gentle glow, faintly exposing the LED light source within. Sitting atop a simple limestone base that matches the tone of the glass above, creating a beautifully balanced piece.
Just like the unique qualities of each cloud in the sky, each member of the kumo family presents a unique form. Available in three sizes, the handblown glass shape of each member has been pressed within its rounded form.
Technical information:
Each piece is created from frosted and coloured handblown glass. Bubbles, streaks and other variations in size and colour are part of the production process. The base is produced in limestone.
Available base-colours: taupe, white; available shadecolours: smokey grey acetato, white acetato.
