Our poly-V belts are made from EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer), a material that meets the requirements of the latest industrial standards in the automotive sector. It ensures strength, reliability, smooth operation and durability. Other features that distinguish our V-ribbed belts:

• additional glass fibre strands to protect against stretching and bending fatigue
• sanded ribs for perfect contact with the pulley
• excellent flexibility
• high temperature resistance (approx. -30 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius) for a longer service life
• limited oil resistance
• particularly smooth operation due to low vibrations

To allow easy replacement of the V-ribbed belts, we also have a suitable assembly tool in our product range. This is important so that the belts can be correctly placed on the pulleys. The assembly tool for V-ribbed belts is therefore used for dismounting and mounting stretch V-ribbed belts, similar to a bicycle chain. The tool can be used universally and does away with the need for a variety of special manufacturer/model-specific tools.
