The name change reflects evolving industrial conditions. Energy prices, CO₂ pricing, regulatory requirements, and increasing global competition are reshaping investment decisions. In recent years, the company has systematically expanded its portfolio. In 2022, the Environmental Technology business unit was established. In 2024, this was followed by solutions for CO₂ valorization with ECO2CELL and systems for industrial waste heat recovery with CompriVAP and VarioVAP. 

These developments define a clear strategic direction: improving efficiency, enabling economically viable decarbonization, and delivering scalable process solutions – from validation in the in-house technical center to turnkey EPC plants.
