The expectations placed on logistics systems today are growing rapidly, while at the same time, automation and artificial intelligence are presenting unprecedented opportunities. These are no longer mere trends, but rather technologies that offer that all-important competitive edge. At LogiMAT 2026, KNAPP will present the most extensive solution portfolio on the market, to the theme of rise to new dimensions – helping businesses rise to these growing challenges. At stands B01/B03 in Hall 3 and stand A45 in Hall 8, KNAPP will demonstrate how they harness groundbreaking technology such as robotics and AI to set new standards for sustainable logistics.
Experience warehouse robotics live: AeroBot and new developments in high-performance bots
In an impressive live exhibit, KNAPP will present their innovative and award-winning warehouse robotics system AeroBot. The warehouse robots move in three dimensions to complement the existing automated warehouse system portfolio, boasting simplicity, flexibility and maximum storage density. KNAPP will demonstrate their all-in-one approach as a value chain tech partner, introducing new ways to integrate AeroBot into a warehouse.
With AeroBot covering the mid-range performance field, KNAPP also sets their sights on the upper end of throughput and sequencing performance, offering a sneak peek into the next generation of high-performance bots.
KNAPP Brain: the very first AI platform for intelligent value chains
Today’s automation needs intelligent processes. Simply reacting is not enough when faced with a wide range of items, rapidly changing orders and growing service demands – it takes systems that can learn and think ahead. Enter KNAPP Brain, the first AI platform for intelligent value chains. KNAPP Brain gathers all AI-powered solutions for the entire value chain in one place, adding value to each process step – making predictions, optimizing order fulfillment, tweaking last-mile delivery, and everything in between. The platform unravels complex situations and simplifies processes, in keeping with the KNAPP motto making complexity simple.
Software expertise: SAP connection for AeroBot and a new solution for last-mile logistics
On top of robotics innovation, KNAPP will also showcase their extensive software and digital service solutions portfolio. KNAPP’s software suite KiSoft is the backbone for operational control, analysis and integration, supporting all intralogistics spheres. SAP® by KNAPP rounds out the portfolio, offering seamless integration into SAP system landscapes. In a recent milestone, the AeroBot system was integrated in SAP® landscapes using SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
Another highlight is KiSoft Delivery Solution, with which KNAPP is setting new standards in the digital interplay between warehousing and extralogistics. The new software connects warehouses, transport and delivery in real time. To support next- and same-day delivery, it calculates delivery windows dynamically, optimizes routes and keeps an eye on vehicle capacity, traffic and customer preferences.
At their stand, KNAPP will demonstrate live how optimizing the last mile means being one step ahead of the competition.
AMRs: flexibility for dynamic processes
Autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) are essential when it comes to efficiently transporting various types of load carriers within facilities. They interlink goods-in, storage and production seamlessly and can be flexibly scaled to operation requirements. Boasting cutting-edge technology and AI-powered navigation, KNAPP’s Open Shuttles move precisely and safely, even in dynamic, unstructured environments. They can detect obstacles and avoid them, keeping the material flow smooth and safe. AMRs can be integrated quickly into a warehouse space just as it is – no need for any structural changes. The Open Shuttle Fork has recently been updated to handle CHEP pallets, in addition to EUR-pallets, industry pallets and half pallets, making it ideal for use in the US. At stand A45 in Hall 8, KNAPP will showcase their Open Shuttle portfolio, demonstrating how autonomous transport solutions can simplify processes and boost productivity.
Service: all-in-one lifecycle management
As a value chain tech partner, KNAPP also offers an extensive portfolio of conventional and digital service, supporting their customers across their systems’ entire life cycles. For instance, they provide software upgrades, retrofit shuttle storage systems and extend support (Extended Limited Support). At LogiMAT, KNAPP will present their new service concept for the AeroBot warehouse robotics system and showcase the advantages that their 24/7/365 real-time monitoring solution Remote Control Center offers.
