This agreement marks a milestone in stp.one’s history and lays the foundation for one of Europe’s largest Legal Tech providers. Today, stp.one employs over 400 people at 12 locations and serves more than 8,000 customers, such as law firms, insolvency administrators and corporate legal departments. Septeo is one of the top 10 software groups in France with over 3,200 employees and is expected to generate annual sales of 460 million euros in 2025.

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
