Thanks to its powerful MOPA fiber laser source, automated axes, and intuitive SpeedMark® software, this machine can produce markings and engravings with maximum reproducibility and speed. The perfect marking quality (without smearing or mechanical churning) is particularly noteworthy. The optimum laser parameters can be found quickly, even for the most sensitive materials, such as stainless steel 316 L/904 L, titanium, gold, and brass, thanks to precisely adjustable pulse length and pulse frequency.

The technology also enables the most delicate geometries and creative design solutions without any chemical engraving.

Specific application example:

OraTec Swiss engraved individual serial numbers and micro-decorations on brass oscillating weights for a limited-edition Swiss watch — achieving homogeneous engraving quality and maximum precision. Integrating the SpeedMarker laser system into the existing production process enabled end-to-end production without manual intermediate steps.

Automation also plays a key role; the SpeedMarker systems can be seamlessly integrated into existing production processes to ensure consistent quality and maximum efficiency.

Complex inscriptions and decorations on watch cases, oscillating weights, dials, and movement components can only sometimes be produced using a laser.
