The MoovIT booth will focus on integrated media workflows, scalable production architectures and proven solutions for media companies, broadcasters, sports production and major live events. The team will showcase its long-standing expertise as an IT partner for complex production environments — from consulting and system integration to workflow design and technical operations.

The company will complement this with established and new software solutions for workflow automation, collaboration, review & approval, graphics workflows and time-addressable media infrastructures (TAMS).

“Connected Media Workflows” captures the core of this year’s IBC presence: media production is more connected, distributed and time-critical than ever before. At the same time, data volumes, system landscapes and operational requirements continue to grow. This creates complexity that slows production down. MoovIT will show how this complexity can be turned into operational control through intelligent integration, automation and scalable software solutions.

IT expertise for major live events and complex production environments 

MoovIT has been supporting customers in broadcast, sports, media production and enterprise environments for many years in planning, implementing and operating demanding media IT infrastructures. Especially in large-scale live event environments, robust workflows, fast deployment, reliable system integration and the ability to secure production-critical processes under high pressure are essential. 

At IBC, MoovIT will demonstrate how technical infrastructure, editing systems, storage, cloud components, MAM/PAM systems, review processes and automation can be connected into end-to-end production chains. The goal is not another isolated tool, but an open and reliable workflow layer that integrates existing systems and simplifies daily operations. 

Helmut4: Workflow Management & Automation for Professional Post-Production 

A central part of the booth presence will be Helmut4, the established solution for efficient project management and workflow automation in professional video production environments. For broadcasters and post-production houses, Helmut4 is particularly relevant when editing projects, assets, templates, export paths, permissions and automations need to be standardized, controlled and made available reliably. Helmut4 acts as a connecting layer within existing infrastructures and as an integrator for third-party systems.  

Until now, Helmut4 has exclusively supported teams working with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition. At this year’s IBC, the MoovIT team will present a preview version of Helmut4 with support for DaVinci Resolve. This marks the first step towards MoovIT’s broader vision of making Helmut4 connectable to any editing software — enabling teams to work with different editing applications while still collaborating within the same project environment. 

helmut.cloud Cosmo: Collaboration, Review & Approval without chaos 

With helmut.cloud, MoovIT presents a cloud-based platform for modern media production control. The platform is designed to help teams connect and automate any production processes across locations, roles and systems. 

A particular focus will be on Cosmo, the review & approval and collaboration tool within the helmut.cloud ecosystem. Cosmo addresses one of the biggest operational pain points in modern media production: feedback, approvals and media versions are often scattered across emails, chats, links, spreadsheets and separate systems. Cosmo brings review processes, media access and collaboration together in a controlled workspace, helping teams reduce coordination effort and move decisions into production faster. 

Vulcano: Graphics Pipeline for Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve 

Another highlight solution shown at IBC will be Vulcano, MoovIT’s Adobe Essential Graphics Pipeline. Vulcano provides access to Motion Graphics Templates through a web interface, enabling image and text elements to be created, edited and made available in Adobe Premiere Pro and now also in DaVinci Resolve. 

Vulcano is especially relevant for productions where graphics templates need to be centrally managed, editorially populated and integrated into the editing process without unnecessary tool breaks. For recurring formats, news, sports, social and multi-output productions, Vulcano reduces manual steps, ensures consistent design and speeds up the process. 

TAMS: Time-Addressable Media Workflows as a strategic building block 

In addition to established products and current software developments, MoovIT will also address the topic of TAMS – Time-Addressable Media Store at IBC. TAMS is an open approach that stores and uses video and audio not primarily as traditional files, but as addressable time ranges. Media is stored as short segments in object storage, while tools access the same content via a shared HTTP API using references such as Flow ID and time range.  

The operational value is clear: fewer copies, fewer transfers and less version chaos. Workflows such as sports and live clipping, fast-turnaround news and remote production can access the same media store without duplicating content. This makes TAMS a strong fit for the MoovIT IBC theme: fragmented media processes become addressable, integrable and controllable workflows. It addresses exactly the point where video meets IT: storage, APIs, automation, system integration and workflow-ready media architecture.
