Adding AI to the Dynamics equation 

Unlike previous years, this year attendees will have the opportunity to explore and master the latest AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 solutions, gaining practical skills to drive their projects forward.

Two days of innovation and exchange 

On April 21st and 22nd, attendees will participate in two days of practical sessions focused on Dynamics 365 solutions and network with over 100 participants, including customers sharing their implementation experiences. In addition to keynotes, attendees can book Connect Meetings for one-on-one advice from customers, Microsoft executives, and proMX experts. 

Day 1 (21st April): Business focus 

On day one, participants will explore the business benefits of Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Copilot, proMX PM, and Contact Center, along with practical migration tips from Project Online to newer solutions. 

Day 2 (22nd April): Technology focus 

On day two, participants will explore the technical aspects of Dynamics 365 and Copilot through expert-led sessions on agent building, integration, customization, and advanced techniques, gaining practical skills to leverage these solutions.
