The innovative concept Robot Floor is a network of companies specialising in the installation of robot-ready infrastructure for warehouses and distribution centres, setting new benchmarks for the future of automated logistics.

The partnership has developed a unique, resin-based, seamless flooring system that enables AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) to operate efficiently on both timber mezzanine decks and concrete ground floors.

Robot Floor’s unique resin flooring is engineered for extreme abrasion resistance, high chemical resistance, and anti-static properties. It is easy to clean, solvent-free, and can be applied seamlessly to both concrete and mezzanine decking.

The system is designed to withstand the demands of 24/7 robotic operations, maximising floor space and enabling multi-level automation, with significant improvements reported in productivity, space utilisation, and operational reliability.
