The workflow app supports all transport-related work steps and provides everyone involved with information in real time. An urgent collection has been squeezed in? HABBL takes care of all aspects of communication between the customer, driver and dispatch and ensures maximum transparency.
The multilingual driver app is now more versatile and functionally expandable thanks to its full integration into the EIKONA Enterprise platform. Regardless of which system the customer data comes from, it is processed centrally on the Enterprise platform and forwarded to all those involved who need access. Everyone can track the transport process in real time via the integrated Track & Trace module: The customer can see when their delivery is expected. The driver knows exactly which stops are still ahead of them on the route and which checklist they need to complete for the next delivery. Thanks to the fully integrated map function from the Enterprise Platform, dispatchers can see exactly where all drivers are currently located. This makes it easy to assess which driver is best suited to take on an additional order.
The app performs many tasks independently, reducing the workload for drivers and dispatchers. For example, it can use geofencing to send automated driver notifications to recipients when a delivery is imminent. By integrating additional modules from the enterprise platform, the solution can be expanded beyond the actual transport process. Delivery documents and route information generated via HABBL can, for example, be directly reused via the “document management” module. Thanks to the various expansion stages, companies benefit from complete flexibility.
Another advantage is the straightforward installation. Even temporary drivers who are only on board for a few days can be up and running in no time. Drivers simply receive a link on their personal device – regardless of whether it is an Apple or Android system – which already contains the assignment. One click is all it takes to automatically download the application from the App- or Play Store. It then opens and contains all the relevant information about the day’s tour, including all workflow steps. The best part is that it works not only in English, but in all possible languages. This ensures that communication always runs smoothly.
