Italian manufacturer MONTINI, with its more than sixty years of experience in handling solutions, will be at LogiMAT 2026 in Stuttgart from 24 to 26 March.

Italian manufacturer MONTINI will show its range of special electric forklift trucks studied in every detail to optimize logistic in warehouses with specific needs, in particular special models for paper & cardboard sector, for fruit & vegetable and special models for satisfying handling requirements in narrow aisles, in truck loading and unloading, and in production logistics tasks.

For this special occasion, MONTINI will present its new handy and compact MONTINI’s forklifts MR 4.5 COMPACT, MR 5.0 COMPACT, MR 5.0/600 COMPACT and MR 5.5/600 COMPACT (from 4500 kg at load centre 500 mm up to 5500 kg at load centre 600 mm) are appropriately designed for intensive heavy-duty handling applications, warehouse storage and indoor transport in tight spaces, thanks to the standard MONTINI Super Steering system. This rear-axle steering up to 101 degrees enables to work and move in confined spaces, giving the operator maximum manoeuvrability and the best driving experience without sacrificing productivity.

These new forklift trucks feature key technical solutions.
• Twin-motor traction with innovative 80V alternating current (AC) electronic inverter technology with CAN-Bus communication.
• MONTINI equips these forklift trucks with a wide range of masts, entirely designed and produced by MONTINI and available in DX (Duplex) and TX (Triplex) versions, with total visibility (TV) and with total free lift (TFL), to satisfy the most varied working needs and to offer a safe and strong load capacity.
• Possible equipment with conventional 80V high-autonomy lead-acid batteries or with modern lithium-ion batteries, with direct charging mode as with electric cars, to cope with long working shifts and the most demanding uses.
• Great deal of attention to ergonomics. The driving position is spacious and easily accessible thanks to the convenient and wide steps. The comfortable driver’s cab is positioned on special anti-vibration mounts (silent blocks), designed to reduce vibrations and noises inside the cab.
• A wide range of available optional accessories allows forklifts to be customized to suit different application needs.

And don’t we want to talk about the new MR 2.0 ENERGY series? It’s a four-wheeled, 48V model with a load capacity of 2000 kg and the possibility of great autonomy thanks to its availability with both lead-acid batteries, from 630Ah to 1020Ah, and lithium-ion batteries, from 525Ah (in the LITHIUM version), featuring advanced technology and composed of lithium, iron, and phosphate. Specifically, these are two forklift models, MR 2.0 ENERGY and MR 2.0 GA ENERGY, ideal for outdoor and indoor work, in tight aisles, to manage logistics for production, intensive work applications and to meet the specific needs of the end users.

MONTINI’s new MR ENERGY forklift trucks feature numerous technical solutions as standard supply.

MONTINI MR 18 COMPACT: the great big compact! The MONTINI “MR” series of high capacity forklifts also includes a model, at 120V, with a rated capacity of 18000 kg at a load centre of 600 mm, in a COMPACT version. Thanks to a width of just 2000 mm, an unmatched turning-circle radius and a length of 4225 mm, this forklift can move quickly in very limited spaces and navigate very narrow storage aisles. Designed for demanding applications, it is perfect for handling and storing heavy loads, both outdoors and indoors, in humid and dusty environments, thanks to its great compactness and manoeuvrability as well as its lifting and traction power, even when fitted with special equipment. The driver’s seat, together with all main control devices, can rotate hydraulically up to 90° (optional), providing the operator with maximum comfort and visibility in all working conditions, also reducing the risk of occupational disorders.
