Next month, London’s Inhabit Queen’s Gardens is teaming up with mental health service Self Space to offer a series of therapist-led workshops emphasizing the importance of self-love, for both singles and couples. On February 7, a panel led by Self Space Founder Jodie Cariss and expert guest speakers will explore what it really means to love oneself, followed by a hands-on workshop with an integrative psychosexual therapist. A workshop for couples will facilitate space to investigate what gets in the way of clear communication on February 15, and a workshop for singles on February 16 will reflect on emotional availability, red flags, and repetitive patterns, designed to improve the relationship that one has with themself as well as others. Beyond this special programming, guests at Inhabit Queen’s Gardens can always set a romantic mood in-room with bespoke aromatherapy, and the Inhale at Inhabit wellness center offers Gaia treatments as well as daily yoga, Pilates, or meditation sessions.
