After the fair is before the fair. Just a few weeks after the Welding & Cutting, with the Blechexpo in Stuttgart another highlight of the trade fair year will take place. The 16th edition covers the entire process chain of sheet metal working, including cutting, joining and connection technology. At the joint booth with partner Accurl in Hall 9, booth 9102, MicroStep Europa will present various high-performance sheet metal processors: On the one hand, the in-house 2D fiber laser cutting system MSE Smart^FL, and on the other hand, two press brakes from the new label MicroStep Industry powered by Accurl.

"Blechexpo is an ideal stage for us to present our versatile solutions for cutting, bending, deburring, automation and digitalization. At the 16th Blechexpo, visitors now have the opportunity to experience a combination of very special sheet metal processors live in action in Hall 9, Stand 9102. For the first time, MicroStep Europa will be presenting itself together with technology partner Accurl. For almost 40 years, the medium-sized family-owned company has been a pioneer in Asia in the development and manufacture of high-quality and innovative CNC press brakes and fiber laser cutting machines. The two companies recently signed a cooperation agreement. (More about the cooperation) At the Blechexpo it is now the premiere of two press brakes, which MicroStep Europa is now selling under the label MicroStep Industry powered by Accurl. On the one hand, the reliable and highly efficient EUROMASTER bending machine will be live on site. The system is economical to purchase and offers many options even in the high-quality basic package (More here). On the other hand, there is the compact, all-electric eB Ultra series, which has a modular design and has been developed for accurate and fast bending results (More here).

Before sheet metal is bent, it is of course necessary to cut it to size. And here at the Blechexpo, a particularly powerful and at the same time cost-effective system will be in show operation: the 2D fiber laser cutting system of the MSE Smart^FL series from MicroStep Europa. "The fiber laser system is ideal for users who are looking for top quality at manageable investment costs. Powerful, reliable and economically equipped with consistently high-quality components. And furthermore, it’s ready for the production of the future," explains Johannes Ried. This is because the MSE Smart^FL is prepared for the use of IndustryFusion, a multi-vendor open-source networking solution for smart factories and smart products. This offers complete transparency across all networked systems and machines in your production – and as a result, enables even more efficient and automated production.

Blechexpo 2023

The 16th Blechexpo, the international trade fair for sheet metal working, together with the 9th Schweisstec, the international trade fair for joining technology, will be the meeting place for sheet metal working from 7 to 10 November 2023. On nine halls, the trade fair double pack in Stuttgart covers the entire process chain of cold-forming sheet metal working and the associated thermal or mechanical cutting, joining and connection technology. The portfolio of topics at Blechexpo/Schweisstec includes efficient process technologies, modern laser technology, fully automated robot-based sheet metal processing systems, high-precision tools and machines for punching, bending, folding and forming, as well as innovative micro waterjet cutting technologies.
