In its search for a suitable product, Munisys came across signotec, one of the world’s leading companies in this field, which offers secure solutions for efficient signature processes. Already the first talks between the two companies were promising and so Munisys acquired some test devices to check the integration capability at its major customers. As the test results were outstanding, Munisys extended the test conditions and the signature pads were tested at the bank’s premises. Thanks to signotec’s professional and quick support with questions regarding the security and implementation of PDF signatures, the test phase was recorded as a success above average. In addition, the bank as the end customer was impressed by the design and quality of the signature pads "Made in Germany".

In the proof of concept, signotec was able to clearly prevail over the competitors. It is particularly worth mentioning that signotec was able to offer a "real" signature pad and not just a monitor extension with pen input, which had massive disadvantages in operation and integration in the practical test operation.
