The Basic vice is simple but reliable at the same time and is therefore ideal as an entry-level model.

The vices – available in jaw widths of 125 and 160 mm – are optimally suited for precision and efficient machining on conventional CNC milling machines. Due to the simple design, a high level of operating comfort is guaranteed, which thus enables optimum handling in every application. With a jaw width of 125, the vice offers a clamping width of 208 mm. With the 160 size, workpieces up to 283 mm can be clamped. With 85 Nm torque, a clamping force of 35 kN can be realised. The clamping range can be preselected and quickly adjusted in four steps with the help of a positioning mechanism.

An extension element, which will be available in the future, should make it possible to further increase the claming range.
