Don’t just watch, experience it for yourself!

DATRON AG cordially invites trade visitors to discover the fascination of modern machining production up close at the EMO 2023 in Hanover. Under the motto "Optimizing Efficiency", trade show visitors have the unique opportunity to discover the latest innovations and technologies around milling – while machines live chip away. The DATRON booth D21 in Hall 12 promises exciting insights into efficiency-enhancing solutions and numerous opportunities to get active yourself on site.

Automation concepts in focus
Visitors can look forward to exciting demonstrations of the latest DATRON automation concepts. The selected state-of-the-art solutions are aimed at increasing operational productivity and counteracting the ongoing shortage of skilled workers in production. From automated loading concepts to hybrid solutions, the South Hessian mechanical engineering specialist offers an individual entry into the world of automation.

High-gloss milling and superfinishing
To improve surface quality, for extremely precise shaping and a smooth finish in a single process, high-gloss milling is the approach of choice. This is because it saves time and reduces post-processing efforts. Superfinishing can be used to further refine the surface structure. Components manufactured in this way suffer less from friction, have improved energy efficiency and are less susceptible to wear. DATRON’s innovative MCD milling cutter makes it possible to achieve flawless surfaces without the need for costly post-processing. The results are not only impressive, but also extremely durable. These and other high-performance products will be demonstrated live at DATRON’s trade show booth.

EMO-interested visitors should take the chance to experience DATRON’s "Optimizing Efficiency" future of manufacturing up close at booth D21 in hall 12. The complete exhibition program and the possibility to request free trade show tickets are available at https://www.datron.de/de/events/emo-2023.
