Sesotec Highlights: Hardware and software solutions along the line

The RAYCON D+ HX high-end X-ray inspection system features the highest detection accuracy, which significantly exceeds the requirements of food regulations. The RAYCON EX 1 X-ray inspection system is a solution that offers maximum performance and ease of use at a moderate price. As a special trade show highlight, a live setup demonstrates how, with high throughput rates of 1000 pieces per minute, X-ray technology still ensures the highest detection accuracy.

The VARICON+ D metal detection system is equipped with the INTUITY THiNK metal detector. This technology is based on artificial intelligence and is predestined for difficult applications, such as meat products with high intrinsic conductivity. INTUITY THiNK makes it possible to almost completely suppress the product effect and achieve extremely high sensitivities. At the same time, false triggering is avoided and food losses are minimized. The other conveyor belt solution VARICON+ GLS MF works with multi-frequency technology and is the standard model for inspecting piece and bulk goods on a conveyor belt with very good detection accuracy.

Sesotec also meets the need for higher profitability and process efficiency along the entire value chain with a broad portfolio covering a wide range of applications. Examples of this are the RAPID 5000 metal separators for inspecting bulk materials in free-fall conveying lines and our GF 4000 for use in pneumatic conveying lines. The GF 4000 will be working on display at the trade fair, highlighting automatic function monitoring as a replacement for manual test functions.  The LIQUISCAN VF IC metal separator, for liquid and pasty products, can be quickly and easily integrated into existing piping systems and connected to all common vacuum fillers, pumps, clippers and sausage meat filling systems. Matching separation systems to the production line, ensures the safe discharge of all metallic impurities.
