Cleaning of heat exchangers for climate/ventilation

The mycon JetMaster devices are already successfully used for cleaning larger heat exchangers in many industrial sectors and also by railway operators, even for the removal of heavy contamination. JetMaster operates only with compressed air and small amounts of water (approximately 0.50-1.00 liters per minute). Depending on the choice of the blasting nozzle, the amount of compressed air required for JetMaster operation ranges from 4-6 m³ per minute. In industrial cleaning, this is rarely a problem, as compressed air is usually available there.

In the commercial/building sector, these amounts of compressed air is often not available to the customer. The additional provision of a larger compressor made the cleaning expensive – sometimes too expensive for small areas. This has now changed: mycon now has powerful devices with JetBoy and JetBoy SP. JetBoy only requires approximately 420 liters of compressed air at 6 bar per minute, and JetBoy SP requires approximately 1750 liters of compressed air at 6 bar per minute. The devices are extremely powerful. For JetBoy SP, mycon has developed a “throw nozzle” that comes close to the cleaning performance of JetMaster. JetBoy SP is therefore also suitable for cleaning heat exchangers with a depth of up to 400 mm. Due to the smaller nozzle, the surface performance is slightly lower than with the larger JetMaster devices.

Our offer: Test our JetBoy and JetBoy SP devices for a monthly price of EUR 540.00 and EUR 860.00 respectively, plus shipping costs. If the device is purchased or rented for a long-term lease, the test rent will be credited in full without shipping costs. If you provide us with a short video of a successful cleaning in your facility in good quality with a brief comment for publication, we will offer you a 50% discount on the test rent, even if the device is not purchased. If you do decide to purchase the device, we will offer you an additional 50% discount on the purchase price based on the test rent.
