Reduction of energy up to 30%, reduction of water for cleaning and for waste water up to 95%

mycon offers big advantages for industrial customers and for the environmen

Approximately 23% of total energy are being used for cooling and climate control worldwide. In regards to that, air-cooled heat exchangers take up the biggest market share. Cleaning their sensitive lamellar structures with high-pressure water will often times not be successful or damage them. The patented cleaning process “JetMaster” by mycon GmbH cleans them with pressurized air of 3 – 7 bar and 1 l per minute maximum. Jet lances and special jets render cleaning in any area possible.

Depending on their placement and surroundings, heat exchangers and coolers can foul quickly. Industrial dust, pollen and other influences cause continuous accumulation with negative effects on their functionality and efficiency and, eventually, on their energy consumption.

Fouling air-cooled condensers or liquid cooling systems form a confining layer, reduce energy efficiency and thus increase energy, service and maintenance costs. Additionally, corroding lamellar structures decrease a machine’s overall transmission time.

Cleaning heat exchangers at the optimal cleaning date ensures the constant performance of cooling and air conditioning systems. ControlMaster is able to predict the optimal cleaning date through a monitoring system by mycon which is based on a special algorithm. Thus, their functionality can be kept on the highest level.

A gentle cleaning of heat exchangers without chemical additives prolongs their life span. Pretreating them with chemical cleaning agents while using JetMaster is only necessary in special cases.

Choose a perfected and a material-resting solution, which is already used by several large companies. JetMaster – the gentle but very intensive cleaning method of heat exchangers with low pressure. JetMaster is the cleaning method which is covered by patents by mycon GmbH for cleaning sensitive lamellar structures. JetMaster works gently yet very powerfully. High performance jets bring small amounts of specially pretreated water and high-pressured air to a supersonic speed. The soft jet permeates the machines without damaging or bending the sensitive lamellas. Fouling is removed gently but effectively from the surfaces through cavitation. JetMaster does not cause any damaging on the lamellar structures compared to high-pressure cleaners.

Also sensitive surfaces such as soft coatings, graphite, glass, foils etc. can be cleaned intensively and gently.

JetBoy

Cleaning with JetBoy: environmentally friendly cleaning using only 420l compressed air and ca, 0,10l water or other liquid  and is easy to handle.

JetBoy SP offers new possibilities for cleaning heat fin surfaces of heat exchangers  while using only 1.5 – 2.25 cbm/min from 5 bar pressure. It works currentless with approx. 0.2l of water per minute. The process technology corresponds to the JetMaster-system. Owing to its cavitation effect, cleaning heat exchangers without chemical additives suffices. In case special problems appear or other surfaces are to be cleaned, JetBoy SP can be used with disinfectant or cleaning detergents through an additional function. JetBoy-approved cleaning detergents are included. The sensitive lamellar structures of the heat exchangers are not damaged through the gentle jet cleaning by JetBoy SP.
