On the other hand, large customers with several thousand user accounts will find all the tools they need to develop existing processes in a targeted manner and, in the next step, to create new transparency and evaluability with the help of workflow management and digitized forms. With the existing comment system, improvements and suggestions from all employees regarding processes can be channeled directly into the process management software and QMS software, so that improvement management can also be lived here.

Accessibility is of great importance for business process management software. Therefore, some adjustments were also made here as part of the last update. In addition to a more intuitive menu bar, consistently used mini icons increase the readability of the processes or show at first glance which activity is to be completed in a process.

Users will also find some comfort improvements in the modeling of QMS processes and workflows. For example, tasks can now be numbered simply by dragging and dropping with a wizard, and it is possible to specify during the creation of documents whether they are to be published as originals or as PDFs. The handling of organizational units in the SmartProcess organization chart has been simplified. At the same time, it is possible to quickly find out which processes and documents are relevant for an organizational unit. These can also be opened again directly from the organization chart.

Apart from these and other changes visible on the user interface, some areas in the administration have also been made much more intuitive. Keeping SmartProcess open and understandable despite the constantly growing range of functions as business process management software and quality management system software is always a guiding principle in further development. Therefore, this approach will also shape future updates.
