The BRAINFORCE Group is responding to the growing demand for interim management and high-value consulting services in the chemical/life sciences and general industry sectors and is strengthening its market presence accordingly.

Heiko Schickel joins BRAINFORCE from his top executive management position in the Freudenberg/Klüber Lubrication Group and now becomes a new member of the Executive Board. He will assume responsibility for this critical, rapidly growing industry segment.

Heiko Schickel, a Swiss national, holds a degree in chemistry. He began his professional career in 1992 at the Sika Group in various functions. This was followed by a position at Mett-ler-Toledo as Head of Product/Marketing Management. At Air Liquide, he was head of the business unit for medical technology and pharmaceuticals for eight years. Since 2011, he has served in various management positions at the German Freudenberg Group in specialty chemicals. He started as Managing Director of Klüber Lubrication Switzerland. Then, as General Manager of Klüber Lubrication in China, over the past three years, he was Divisional Head with global responsibility. He was also a member of the Klüber Group Executive Board based in Munich for various industries.
