Deka Immobilien commissions STRABAG PFS for a further three years

Deka Immobilien has commissioned STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) with the technical and commercial property management for two property portfolios. The corresponding service contracts were each extended by a further three years. Deka Immobilien has been a long term customer of STRABAG PFS since 2009.

The contract covers all services for the operation and management of a total of 139 properties, including the associated structural and technical facilities. This includes commercial and technical administration such as contract management, property accounting and property management as well as the control of the commissioned facility management service providers.

The two real estate portfolios managed by STRABAG PFS with a rental area of around 1.5 million m² are managed on the basis of a holistic strategy, which also includes support with transactions, budget planning and comprehensive maintenance and modernisation measures. Most of the properties in the main portfolio are located in urban agglomerations and major cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Munich, and are mainly used as office space. The second portfolio consists of retail properties and retail parks in smaller locations throughout Germany.
