Exertis Pro AV is new distributor for NewTek in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

With immediate effect, Exertis Pro AV expands its portfolio concerning Professional Digital Video Production Systems by the products of NewTek in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The leading provider of software-defined visual storytelling solutions and creator of NDI®, NewTek provides innovative multi-video production system solutions for video creation/streaming as well as for use in the professional AV sector. NewTek systems are applied worldwide by sports and esports leagues, live event organizers, TV productions, universities, corporations, and broadcasters.

NewTek, part of the Vizrt Group along with the Vizrt and NDI brands, is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, and has achieved worldwide recognition for developing NDI, the free-to-use standard for video and audio over IP. As the leader in IP-based production workflows, NewTek offers a comprehensive portfolio in the live production segment. The TriCaster® series of live multicamera production systems with its innovative software-based approach allows a high degree of flexibility – whether digital sources like HDMI, SDI, or IP streams like NDI: seamless processing, mixing, switching, streaming and recording, as well as plenty of features like chroma keying, live Teams and Zoom integration (depending on model) etc., to meet any requirements.

In addition to the TriCaster series, NewTek also offers 3Play® instant replay systems for live sports as the perfect supplement for production environments that require fast and effective replay and slow-motion playback. The portfolio is completed by NewTek Spark HDMI/SDI to NDI converters and matching NDI PTZ camera solutions that can be connected via PoE+ with only one CAT cable. NewTek thus provides the full range of visual storytelling solutions over IP and enables broadcast-level quality for productions.

"With NewTek, we have gained an established specialist for IP-based software in the video production segment. NewTek fits perfectly into our Media Solutions portfolio and amplifies our product range thanks to many features and possibilities. In addition, existing camera and signal management solutions perfectly align with the TriCaster workflow" explains Carsten Steinecker, Managing Director Business Development, Exertis Pro AV.

Barbara Spicek, President at NewTek, is also excited about the collaboration: "The partnership with Exertis means NewTek and NDI® solutions will now be in the hands of more creators in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to enable more stories, better told."
