BAM FS, based in Hallbergmoos near Munich, was founded in 2007 and achieved a turnover of around € 4 million in fiscal year 2020. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The company’s range of services includes technical and infrastructural services. These include the commissioning, maintenance and repair of technical building systems and systems for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for commercial, infrastructure and residential properties. The total of 40 employees will be taken over by STRABAG PFS.

"With the acquisition of BAM FS, we are further expanding our level vertical integration and our customer portfolio in Bavaria. The acquisition fits perfectly with our strategy of growing profitably and sustainably in our core markets," said Marion Henschel, vice chair of the management board at STRABAG PFS and responsible for all M&A activities, finance and digitization in the services division of the STRABAG Group.

The target of STRABAG PFS is to strengthen both its technical service offering and its regional presence through further acquisitions in the coming months.
