Due to the continuing restrictions imposed by the Federal Council, we regret to inform you that the Annual General Meeting will again not take place as usual at the Parkhotel Zug. For the protection of shareholders, it will not be possible to attend in person. Shareholders will nevertheless have the opportunity to vote on the agenda items.
In accordance with the Articles of Association, all shareholders are invited to participate in the General Meeting by a separate letter. The agenda and the voting slips will be sent to each shareholder by post. The power of attorney to act as a proxy can be granted via the reply card sent to shareholders with the invitation.
No entries will be made in the share register in the period from May 12, 2020, 6:00 p.m. until after the close of the Annual General Meeting on May 19 2020.
