The q.address integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Dynamics Business Central (NAV) monitor every change in the address inventory. Duplicates and errors in addresses and names are thus prevented at the root. Users particularly appreciate the error-tolerant search, which finds addresses in seconds, even in difficult cases. The add-ons install in Dynamics 365 CE as a managed solution and in BC as an extension. As a stand-alone version, q.address Stand-alone 365 checks and cleanses the entire inventory – for basic cleansing, for inventory merging, for example, after company acquisitions, from time to time for quality monitoring (housekeeping) or for transferring orders from the online store or the address list of an address broker. A highlight is our so called "in-place cleansing": In this process, duplicate addresses in CE or BC are merged with all dependent data without loss of information – i.e. with all contacts, sales opportunities, orders and even custom entities. The data does not need to be exported for processing, nor do results need to be imported afterwards. q.address stand-alone 365 supports Dynamics 365 CE and BC, both online and on-premises.
