This year, Arvato Systems once again received the coveted "Top Employer Germany 2021" award. A special highlight: the IT specialists improved their ranking once again, taking second place on the virtual winners‘ podium. This makes Arvato Systems one of the best of the best and, as a top employer, the company was once again able to prove that it meets the highest standards in human resources management.

The assessment of the companies by the "Top Employers Institute" is based on a comprehensive certification process, which is also checked by an independent external audit. For the certification, the "Top Employers Institute" assesses over 600 HR practices from ten subject areas covering all key areas of HR work. These include topics such as talent strategy, training and development, career and succession planning, and corporate culture. By receiving the award again and achieving the best result to date, Arvato Systems presents itself as a pioneer in HR work.

The official presentation of the Top Employers Award took place on January 28, 2021, as part of an international digital event. Representatives of hundreds of companies from around the world gathered in a virtual Amsterdam theater to celebrate the winners.

"The fact that we came in second place among the top employers in Germany this year, and thus achieved our best result ever, makes us really proud," said Siegfried Bloch, Chief Human Resources Officer at Arvato Systems. "The Top Employers Institute’s bar is raised every year, and the criteria are continually adapted to the highest standards in human resources work. Added to this was the special pandemic situation for all employees, with work in home offices a nationwide reality.
