Raiffeisen extends facility management contract with STRABAG PFS
STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH Austria (STRABAG PFS Austria), a subsidiary of STRABAG SE, has been awarded an extension to the existing contract completed in 2020 by Raiffeisen Holding NÖ-Wien. STRABAG PFS Austria will provide all infrastructural facility services for four office properties of the Raiffeisen headquarters, the data center and a total of 23 bank branches in Vienna. In total, approximately 73,000 m² of net floor space will be serviced. In addition to the technical facility management services already agreed, the service portfolio now also includes maintenance cleaning, window and facade cleaning, cleaning of outdoor areas and special cleaning.

The aim of our activities is to test and implement suitable digital solutions and to ensure ongoing optimization of all services over the entire term," says Stefan Babsch, Chairman of the Management Board of STRABAG PFS Austria, explaining the advantages of the integrated service contracting.
With an annual service volume of around € 60 million, STRABAG PFS Austria is one of the leading FM service providers on the domestic market. Customers include retailers such as IKEA – STRABAG PFS manages all IKEA stores in Austria – as well as infrastructure companies such as Westbahn, industrial companies and healthcare facilities. The range of services extends from technical facility services through infrastructural and commercial facility services to industrial services.
