WAYON SuperJunction Technology
MOSFETs from WAYON are available from TRS-STAR GmbH in Stutensee. WAYON is the first Chinese manufacturer to launch a new SuperJunction MOSFET family with blocking voltages of up to 1,200V and is expanding its portfolio of surge ability MOSFETs with high power density and very good EMI performance.The MOSFETs can be used in various THT and SMD industry standard housings and according to the manufacturer, significant improvements in terms of reliability and efficiency in the end application are achieved. For space-critical applications, there are some fully insulated TO-220 Full Pack housings with reduced housing height for screw or clipmounting.
The breakdown-resistant MOSFETs are characterized by a very low FOM (Figure of Merit) value. Typical applications for the inexpensive components are, for example, chargers and adapters as well as PCs and televisions. LED lighting, lamp ballasts as well as servers and UPS are also among the areas of application. WAYON is ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified and manufactures in accordance with ISO/TS16949. With over 30 years of experience in the development and manufacture of active and passive components, WAYON offers a large portfolio for many applications in the industrial, consumer and telecommunications sectors.
